The service was very helpful and friendly, to a better room, mostly very warm and helpful barring some situations. The location is ideal for those transferring through Zurich, close to Zurich airport, with a free bus to-and-from the airport, and offering awesome hospitality. The dining experience was very good but quite expensive. The facilities were up to standard.
